Online performance marketing firm Catena Media has announced the completion of an all-cash arrangement that has seen it purchase the real-time sports data website at Lineups.com for $39.6 million.

The Maltese firm used an official press release to detail that the agreement is destined to strengthen its position in the embryonic sportsbetting market of the United States by allowing it to utilize the Colorado-based domain’s full range of real-time analysis and bet prediction tools.

Federal judge agrees to expedite Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort lawsuit

In the United States and a federal judge has reportedly agreed to expedite a lawsuit the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians filed against the Catawba Indian Nation earlier this year in an attempt to stop the latter’s effort to bring a $273 million casino resort to North Carolina.

According to a Monday report from The Charlotte Observer newspaper, the Catawba Indian Nation is hoping to open the first phase of its Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort on a 16.5-acre plot of land near the small community of Kings Mountain by next autumn complete with a gaming floor offering at least 1,300 slots. But, the federally-recognized Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians has purportedly long been against this plan due to the fact that it runs North Carolina’s only existing pair of casinos in the impressive Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort and smaller Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino and Hotel.

Future operator of coming Resorts World Westside City venue incorporated

In the Philippines and the majority-owned Suntrust Home Developers Incorporated subsidiary of Asian junket operator Suncity Group has reportedly established its own Suncity WC Hotel Incorporated enterprise to serve as the official operator of the coming Resorts World Westside City development.

According to a report from Inside Asian Gaming, Suntrust Home Developers Incorporated paid a one-time fee of $200 million in May so as to obtain the exclusive rights to all future gaming and hotel business inside the envisioned five-star integrated casino resort. The source detailed that the Manila-listed subordinate has now incorporated its own Suncity WC Hotel Incorporated vehicle to handle all construction, operational, management and maintenance duties for the planned $700 million facility until July of 2033.
